When I Rise

When I Rise was created out of necessity. My mornings were thirsty for a spiritual practice of music, movement, and meditation. I was tired of cobbling together various apps, playlists and workout routines. I wanted a discipline that was quick and easy, radically and consistently cup filling, and allowed me to share "holy spirit moments" with my closest friends. 

I couldn't find what my soul longed for, so I created it here.
